Wheel Balancing

I have had an on going problem with my 2000 boxster S since I bought it in February of this year. I have posted about it before. There has been vibration when doing over 70 and the car pulled to the left. It has been aligned 4 times, and the wheels balanced about 8 times. OPC said nothing wrong with the car. I was not convinced and knew something wrong. I found a balancing machine that is more that just a balancing machine. www.gsp9700.com . SG Mercedes in Swansea had one so it went in last Wednesday. They found the problem. The OSR tyre had a "stiff" spot. See attached print out. The tyre was new wehn I bought the car. Replaced tyre yesterday and I now have a totally different car. If anyone has any vibration, pulling or balancing problems find someone with this machine it is brilliant!!

Thanks for the tip - It's a shame the OPC did not know about this type of problem....

It looks like the machine I had my tyres balanced on

Cheers
