Wheel Caps

I have got a new set of these.

Previous ones I had, had 2 holes in them so you could get a tool in to pull them out. My current set don't, like the new set, so how do I get the old ones out?

Do I really have to take the wheels of to get them out?

I think I got mine from B&Q. Use plenty of spit and pull as you pull the plunger back. Takes a few goes but does the job.

What this thing called? Walked round B&Q today to no avail. Be nice to know what to ask for or which department to look in.

Its a sink unblocker or plunger. I guess youd find it in the plumbing and heating section.
