I need a new set of 16 wheel nuts + 4 locking.

Is anyone using anything other than the following genuine parts?

P999.182.003.36 NUT
P993.361.057.00 SET

Regards

Karl

Im just fitted a set of lovely chrome nuts to mine, that will last >> eBay item number:

151211440896 - [;)] £25 a set !! Just radius the bottom edge on a bench grinder , for a better fit in the wheel.

or with lock nuts >> 161229224369

Just radius the bottom edge on a bench grinder , for a better fit in the wheel.

Aren't you worried about localised stresses due to imperfect fitment, could be dangerous.

Hi Stuart

You've still got the 968 then?

Think it might have to be genuine unless anyone comes up with a aftermarket version.

Regards

Plenty of very good aftermarket versions out there as well as OEM. Genuine Porsche are crazy money at about 3 times OEM

I radiused them one by one, offered them into the wheel, (whilst on) checked the surface area with 'engineers blue ' .. perfect took all of 20 mins !
The beauty of been a design/ development engineer by trade ;)
