The Teledials on on my Lux aren;t in bad condition but have a few scrapes. What is the tyipcal cost of having a wheel refurbed or the set of 4 doing? Anyone know?

And where could I get it done?

Thanks

There is a place in Castleford, that will clean and powder coat them for about £25 a wheel.

Had a set done last year for one of my Minis and they did a great job.

Thanks Dave

Do you remember what the place was called? How long did it take them? and did you take the car to them or just the wheels?

Wheels only, no tyres, took about a week, but I was in no rush, they tend to wait till they are doing a batch of several things the same colour.

Can't remember their name, but I go past them weekdays to work.

They are opposite the Jungle, Cass tigers ground.

Don't know where abouts in Yorkshire you are, but if it's North, there's a place in Sunderland called SEM Wheels.

I've used them before, and they're good. They usually have a set of wheels to lend you while yours get done - and the OPC repairer in Newcastle (Bill Heaney's) use them, and as they put a lifetime guarantee on repairs, they must be good!

I will pop in there tomorrow and get their details.

If you need a spare set of wheels I have a set og 928s here you could use.

Ohh not too far from me either, can i ask how much ? (I see they quote £40 +vat for 16'' which seems very reasonable)
