Hi everyone,
wondered if you could recommend someone locally to do a minor repair on a scuffed wheel. Had a small moment with a car park curb.
Purley area?
thanks in advance

I pointed Nick here because I'm sure there's someone in Crawley that Mid-Sussex OPC recommend. I've heard a couple of favourable reports - I think David Green used them? Any ideas?

Hi Nick,

As PAE has said, I have been advised to use Wicked Wheels in Crawley by another sussex region member David Green. He had a late Carrera with GT3 Split rims that he had, had refinished to a very high standard.

I don't know Wicked Wheels tel number but they are on the industrial estate in Crawley, just before Steven's Vauxhall. (If anyone else knows their number put it here!!!)

Spit and Polish collect, perhaps his OPC has a deal with them?

David only lives a couple of miles from Crawley, and was impressed with their work. He checked them out before he had the work done.

thanks for your advice...most places seem to want my car and/or wheel for some time, which is difficult as I use it every day. I have contacted Chips away who do work on wheels, so I will give them a try and let you know. Just for info, contacted Amazin Alloys, and they said "would'nt come down for just one wheel, sorry" excellent customer service...not
