Wheel Swap Advice needed.

Would the following wheels from a Boxster be a straight swap onto my 944 2.7, F reg, currently on it's standard teledials?

Am I going to have fiddle with spacers or start reshaping wheelarches..

The Boxster wheels are as follows:

FRONTS: 7Jx17H2 - ET55 "" Tyres 205/50/17
REARS: 8.5Jx17H2 - ET48 "" Tyres 255/40/17

They should be a straight swap & fill the arches nicely I think. What style are they?
