Hi all ive been offered some new 997 Carrera wheels with tyres would they fit on my Cayman S front is 235/35/19 same as mine but rear are 275/30/19 my rears are 265/35/19 would they still fit has any one any idea

The tyre size itself isn't an issue, but the "balance" b/w front and back might be....I've done a little research as planning to upgrade my own tyres next year. and have read posts where people have gone for a little more width BUT they've done it equally at front and rear (ie 245's at front, 275 at rear). I couldn't comment on the 911 rims themselves, but if you Google it I'm sure I've seen some articles re swapping various wheels across the Porsche range.

You need to determine the offsets of the 997 and your 987? wheels.

Once that is established it will be easy to work out whether there might be any fit issues. Tyre sizes are a secondary issue once wheel fitment is validated.
