Will be selling 968 handles.

Also Road Angel 2.

Thought I would see if anyone was interested on here first as on Monday they will all be on e-bay. E-mail me if you are interested.

Ah, SHMBO strikes again?!

I have spent a week trying to justify why I have 4 18" trackday tyres in the garage, without any wheels to put them on.

"Of course they'll fit your car darling, that's why I'm keeping them....."

"No we can't convert the garage into a games room for the kids, it's MY games room...!"

Of course you shouldn't be keeping 4 extra tyres - you need some more wheels! [:D]

Ah yes, I was waiting for the right time for the 'extra set of wheels' conversation...!

Just buy them & hide them inside the tyres... [;)]

I don't count them as "extra" - I assume you bought the car to do some trackdays in it - how are you going to do that without wheels?

And of course it's an economy measure - you wouldn't want to waste those brand new road tyres on the track [:D]

The you have to deal with the storage of the part worn tyres that came with the wheels "too good to ditch, but not worth selling" [:D]

I was thinking about getting a set to put mine back to standard, how many beer tokens?

mmmmmm - beer tokens.....[:)]

To be honest they're not worth much at all as very few people want 15" any more as most late-offset cars are on 16" or even sillier sizes. It'd just be nice to think they were on a 944 rather than a scruffy old VW. Don't know where you are based, but they do fit in a car without the tyres on. (without the tyres on the wheels, not the car of course....[&:])

So, If you want them they're yours.

Hi Paul

Put me down as second in line if it doesn't work out for homesea as I am starting to get mine tidied up starting with replacement seats, some bodywork repair/tidying and the wheels. Do I remember you mentioning some time back that they are an unusual colour?

Cheers

Paul it dosent look like it will work out on the alloys. I have been offered a new job, so more driving is needed. I might have to sell the lux, not sure at the moment. Thanks anyway.

I am. I would appreciate a PM with prices for the each of the pairs Andy, and pictures if you are able too. Im tempted by the 4x8" set as well, although thats really what Im looking to make myself.

Prices now added.

Simon, I have to pop up to Sheffield some time soon to see my sister so if you are interested let me know and maybe we can sort something out
