I'm due for a Major Service in a couple of weeks and the OPC has sent the usual list of extras that they suggest I pay for.
Apart from the fact that I would consider spark plugs, air bag check, brake fluid change and belt checks to be standard service items and not extra's [
], please may I ask for your collective wisdom and feedback on when or why spark plugs should be replaced and brake fluid renewed?
Plugs were last changed in 2010 at 16000, now I'm at 33,000 miles, so averaging 4000 miles per year. OPC are quoting £170 for plugs and £150 for brake fluid.
Oh ... and Tyre Sealant Replacement - £60
...I don't think so !
