Where did porsche964.co.uk go?

Did you mean 964uk.com, which was set up by the then PCGB 964 RO? The link now seems to open up a 924/944 page instead.

No, he means porsche964.co.uk

Set up by John Miles, ten+ years ago, who has recently emigrated to NZ.....I'll ask!!

I hope John's site hasn't vanished forever, it was very useful.

I recall it also featured a couple of great photo's of a certain 1991 Cup, both "au natural" and liveried up [:)]

IIRC one of the magazines took over the Porsche964.co.uk domain and promised that it would be kept alive but not much has happened since. [&o]

Mr PG, the re-direction from the 964UK.com website is a glitch. If you hit the back button of your browser and try clicking the wide picture at the top again, you'll get to the site. [:)]

Just done a bit more searching and it was Phil Raby that announced that he took it over:

Unfortunately, it seems to be dead now. [&o]

Gents,

I have just stumbled upon the "Wayback machine". Entering the web address enabled me to access John's site.

A goldmine of info recovered - thanks. Someone needs to fully scrape the content (with kind permission of course) and relive again!
