Where to get wheels balanced?

It isn't rocket science, but it does take someone who is careful. Do you have a Pro-Tyre near you? They are generally quite good. If not, are you near Gillingham? If so, Lepsons do tyre fitting, and I am sure they would be good. http://www.lepsons.com/

I use Wheels in Motion (Blackboots) as they have decent equipment for it. They made quite an improvement over a standard tyre place balance job.

It's also worth looking at STS Tyre Pros www.tyrepros.co.uk
They have a number of locations across the UK.

If you're anywhere near Canterbury, Class Cars at Wingham have top line equipment for balancing expensive alloys, did a superb job when I replaced the alloys on my C270 - and they calim to be Porsche specialists as well as MB!

be aware that some wheel shops use what's known as passive balance machine's which are rubbish on wheels requiring left/right placed weights.
