Where to MOT your Porsche

I used Lakeside in Nailsworth for just my MoTs on AMG and Porsche before I moved. I also (whisper it) used Halfords in Cirencester and they never even gave me any advisories never mind tried to suggest work (which to be honest I thought they might).
IMHO getting an MoT is very different from getting the car serviced.

My car is an '86 911 Carrera 3.2 coupe. Nothing major wrong with it today, but will need a trustworthy place for maintenance. And an MOT within the next month. Agreed that the two things are not the same. Thanks in advance for any & all contributions.

Servicing - not decided yet..

Glad they were of use. I like them because they're really honest and have a genuine interest in cars, not just 'a job' (although if you start chatting to the owner you maybe there sometime - he likes to talk)
