Have just checked out my drive shafts on my 77 / 911sc and found those horrible noises that suddenly appeared are definately from the shafts, could some one please drop me a few ideas on where to try first for these parts, have tried euro parts and 911 design and all around the £200 mark each, any one got any ideas ?.
I need the complete shaft as the spline has gone as well.

Many thanks Baz

You could try breakers like www.porsch-apart.co.uk/ and ask them to guarantee their integrity.

Hi, I haven't driven my car in ages I 'm putting it on the road in September, I'm considering selling it as I am most likely moving to France but as I 've owned it for so long I may hang onto it and turn it into a stripped out track only car and buy a trailer.

Hi Bones,
Whatever you decide to do I wish you all the best.
Also don't be to hasty in considering selling your car it will be hard saying good by to an old friend.
Cheers
John

Cheers guy's I will give these a try 2 morrow.

Baz

P.S Bones also checked out your link and the car looks stunning !

Thanks John, I think what I'll do John is check out how I feel about driving it over there as a right-hooker which applies to any left hand drive car I drive as I have to consider refitting hand controls on the 'wrong side' of the car and figure out how to hoik my wheelchair in and out with the other arm. I intend keeping in touch with P.C.G.B. I may well end up living on the route to Le mans so if I buy a 'Gite' or two as I plan to it may well end up being occupied by P.C.G.B. members for a few days a year! It'll be a while before I move anyway.

Many thanks chaps for your help with my drive shaft query, got one sorted through porsch-parts.co.uk in the end for £50, good second hand one[;)].

Cheers Baz
