Lo all, ive been scanning the events etc , is there a day out anywhere that I might see some 944's and even 968's this weekend.

Regards Mas

Try next weekend - 5th September, Kirtlington Porsche and Polo (OX5 3JQ, 9am to 5pm), where the display focuses on the Mid-years Porsches. There will be lots of 944's and 968's to drool over, plus no doubt a few air powered retards to lower the tone of the event!

I saw them talking about Porsche and Polo on ' the other club' forum , but to be honest I wonderd if that would be a bit of a hoorah event being porsche 'and polo' I take it its for normal folk then , front end normal folk obviously [:D]

I'd like to attend a 'PCGB 944 Forum contributors' meeting some time. I know there are various track days and events which a few of us may attend, but would there be much interest in a general meet just to say hello to fellow posters?

The next organised 944 meets are listed in the events section of the FAQ

The Porscheshop one in October would seem to be the closest to you Ben

There will normally also be a pre Christmas get together at The New Inn at Heckfield near Reading

Not if I have anything to do with it! [:D][:D][:D]

(For those not on Titanic over the years I once mistakenly tried to make this a bigger event, and got the use of Cornbury House for a 944 Christmas event. The response was less than positive.....[&o])

Register events are always tricky as we live all over the country. Porscheshop will be the most central, what with them being in the "Midlands" and all. Let's make that a forum event as well, they've promised plenty of parking space. [:)]

Dare I say it Paul, but could it be because Cornbury House is so flaming dull? IMO of course [;)]

I'm for the pub!
