Where's Fen?

zcacogp

New member
Have we lost him?
Has the shame of owning Japanese trucks finally made him not post?
Has he realised how far from us he really is, and is trying to find some locals to talk to?
Has he discovered something more interesting to point his browser at?
Anyone any ideas?

(If anyone sees a generously-proportioned strongly-opinionated Scottish-via-Devon feller looking lost, please redirect him here. Thanks.)

Maybe he's just on holiday?

I got a Linkedin update which says he's now "Managing Director at Zing Limited in December 2008" - I wonder what that's all about?

I don't think Fen will ever go away - he'd miss us too much [:D] - and there will always be some poor soul who catches the sharp end of his keyboard [;)]

I was assuming holiday, but Fen sometimes goes into forum "rehab" for a while.

He'll be back, they always are.....[:D][:D]

"Forum Rehab". Dammit, that sounds like a good idea! Maybe I should try it myself sometime ...

Forget it. We have people with laptops outside the rehab waiting for you to come out, sucking you back in with interesting pictures of hideously modified 944s.

Forums, you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave......[;)]

Don't know, but I liked the oblique reference to Fen in this month's Porsche Post. See Fen, you are appreciated!

As a non-member, I'll need that one explained to me ...

A sure sign of addiction! Beer monsters frequently 'have a week off the beer' in order to prove that they arent addicted.....

Ahhh ... thanks.

Although a pedant would observe that he was pulled in while firmly in the UK, and then found that he couldn't get far enough away to break his ties (literally)!

[:D] I've never had the pleasure of meeting Fen but he has always taken the time to answer my questions, and who here doesn't enjoy reading the put downs after a newbie takes his bait [:D].

The title of this post reminded me of those books from my youth, so in honour of them............

...........found him [:D]
