Which Brake Fluid

Hi Guys, this is probably easily answered and I feel an idiot asking. But I'm just about to change all discs and pads and will change brake fluid at the same time. I seem to remember a thread about brake fuild and recall something somewhere about not using a particular type of brake fluid.

What is the right/best to use with a complete change and how much do I need?
I don't expect track days will feature as a regular occurrance just normal road use, therefore standard discs and pads obtained.

You need Dot 4 fluid. About a litre will do for a full flush. The one to avoid is Dot 5 because it's silicone based and won't mix with your current fluid.
