which brakes for which year?

I need to get new brake discs and pads, front and rear for my 944.

It is an E plate, first registered 11/87, standard 2.5L

As there seems to be lots of change overs in brakes 87-89, is there a way to determine what is fitted without removing and measuring? BTW, i dont have the sticker in the boot.

I am primarily interested in using the gsf website, but is anyone else out there cheaper?

A parts supplier should be able to identify the correct components from your chassis number.

Try Eurocarparts Direct or Berlyn's or even the OPC! When I bought my rear discs my OPC was doing a deal on 944 brake componentns at the time and they were very competitively priced.
