Hi Guys,

Can I please request your expert advise and opinion again....... :-

I going to repaint my calipers and was wondering what paint gives the best OEM glossy look. I see a lot of places now selling brush on paint - but i doubt the finish will be smooth enough for me.....maybe someone can prove me wrong.

I'm happy to remove the calipers because i want to sand them down fully and inspect them before painting so i don't mind spraying them.

p.s. is it a good idea to cure the calipers in the over after painting to help the paint cure - what temperatures do the rubber seals withstand?

Thanks

Mark

Hi
Some years ago I used E-Tech calliper paint comes as a kit with cleaner, paint (colour to suit) and brush
although the brush was not good quality, I used a good one, it gave good results with a couple of coats more if needed.
Used it on my 911SC and when I did my 993 callipers on which the original coating was scratched and damaged.[:D]
I think its still available on flea bay.
