which models had monoballs on all arms?

Hi Gents, after picking up an all rose jointed rear "A" arm for the continued development of my car, I assume that i have brought a motorsport part,But from what car Gt2 road / evo / clubsport/ or an rs cup or rsr. Defiantly factory parts as opposed to retrofit?

And the reason is? The harshness cracks the subframe out, the noise is not pleasant, makes the car too sensitive, the yanks seem to think they are "streetable"?

The sub frame solid mounted is fine if you have rubber joints else wear,if all solid then you can crack the chassis mounting points,happened to one of my cars
 
I had a crack developing on my 964 RSR as well. I also had a 964 RS rose-jointed for track work. Rose jointing is like switching to high-res television.

Thanks for your input guys, to change the suspension on the rear of a c2 to rs spec requires three things essentially from a control arm point of view. The lower "A" arm has a harder bushing in its inner pivot point. The kinematic toe link (rear/upper) also has a harder bush on it's inner pivot, and the subframe mounts are also of a harder rubber composition. The subframe has longer camber eccentrics to reduce the rear camber when the car is set to low ride heights( most c2 lowered to rs height cannot reduce the camber to the rs spec, usually ending up with -2 degrees as a minimum attainable)
I was thinking about changing the two links that have harder bushes to either shore 85 rs spec rubber or solid "rose joints". If i leave the subframe mounts soft then i might get away with the monoballs????

solid mount the sub frame and rs rubber the link arms,works great.
The sub frame mounts also incline the sub frame more and helps the geo work better.FVD do a good kit.
Rose joints need maintenance and chucking in the bin more regularly etc

Very good point - twice a year on our single seater, no idea on a 911 - but that would put me off.

As an aside, and showing my ignorance, I thought that the 993 didnt use eccentric nuts to adjust geo, am I wrong?
