I have an Origin B2 www.originb2.com it works great its small and discreet, I have it hard wired so no unsightly cables. Also if you run another car you can have a second kit fitted. It's easy to update online and reminds you if you forget to do it after 14 days.
Enjoy your new car.
Regards.

My daily car (Audi S4) was new when purchased. I had the unit fitted, not by Audi BTW, I haven't had any warranty problems with that install. I had a second kit fitted to the Porsche I had a the time, and have recently had a kit fitted in my GT3 but neither car was new.

We just use the cigarette lighter as a power source and swap it from car to car. Seems pretty effective and easy to update the camera database which we do every few weeks. Its reasonably easy to keep the wiring looking tidy although its not as good as something that is permanently wired in.
Touch wood, no speeding offences for her since she got it.

Problem is these GPS based systems don't detect any radar.
So, it's fine with Gatsos, or generally speaking fixed radars, but what about mobile radars?
I've been using a Bel 550 for more than 4 years = I still have a full clean driving licence []
Web Site I bought my Bel 550 from :Radar Detectors
Thanks!

Radar detector unit available as an extra for the Origin B2, I haven't bothered with one as I was told most forces now use laser rather than radar guns for mobile speed traps. Also GPS can be set to alert you to accident black spots etc as well as the fixed Gatso, SPECS and Truvelo type cameras. Had my Origin since Sept 03 and no tickets so far.
