I count myself lucky to have got 12,000 miles from my Cayenne Tyres, Having read many horror stories, what tyres do you guys reccomend, for ride comfort and long life?

I have been using Continental 4X4 sport contact 255/55/R18 with 18 inch Turbo wheels and standard suspension.

Your right, but all talking about the fact the tyres wear quickly, none practically sharing what type makes and types are best..
This is a discussion group after, or at least I thought it was...

Have you tried clicking the search button?

Found this straight away:

The Scorpion Zeros are great-LOOKING tires (as are the Yokohama AVS S/Ts) that get very noisy as they wear out. I had a set on a '99 Grandokee and was VERY happy to be rid of them with about 40% of tread life remaining. Replaced the Zeros with my 1st set of Toyo Proxes S/Ts and LOVE them so much, my 2nd set is on my C-T.

and more..
