Whistling Windscreen

My 1998 C2 has suffered from a whistling windscreen resonance at circa 75mph, very annoying. Sounded like a clarinet. I think I have tracked it down to a loose plastic trim between the glass and bodywork over the top centre. Any hints on how to fix it down without using superglue?

There is a Technical Sevice bulletin that covers this, as it is a common problem. The modification is a foam filler piece between the rubber seal and the bodywork aperture. If you send me your email address via my member profile page, I will send the TSB to you, which has instructions and part numbers. I can't seem to upload it as it is in pdf format.

Are you sure it is the windscreen, I once put the window down at quiet a high speed, with a lot of side wind, and it would not go back up into the seal so made the same sort of sound until i almost stopped put the window down then back up and all was well. Make sure your drivers and passanger windows are going into the seals correctly, i would think you have checked this but it sounds familiar.
