[FONT=Arial"][FONT=verdana, geneva"] So there I was in the Whippet and Turnip the other night when the conversation turned to heroic figures. The usual Robin Hood, Pied Piper, John Major (the old boy who drinks light & bitter in the corner sugested him !), Batman & Robin, when Dave the pikey said - speaking of people who wear their pants over their trousers what about Melvin spear - legendary leader of the RS, Campervan and John Deere tractor chapter of PCGB. No said I he doesn`t exist he`s a myth - but apparently his brightly coloured under garments were seen in our manor but a day ago in Kings Langley !!

Finally tracked you down on your home site young man. A quick question how do I get all the threads in date order ?

Re: the motorhome be afraid, be very afraid. Picked up the new one last week. V8 8.1 litre 455 lbs/ft of torque. 22.5 inch alloys. See you at Brands for a drag up the hill from the paddock !!

Speak to you soon (and may even join the RS register this year).

Henry - Bright Orange race car register honourary under secretary.

Oh my goodness, they've let Henry Helium in, joint founder of the RS, Campervan and John Deere tractor chapter of PCGB.....

Motorhomes at dawn it is then, with or without cars on trailers????[:D]

You know what mine did thru the trap at Brunters........be extra-emely afraid.....

Not only did I get to King's Langley, but I was also allowed to leave, my previous escapades obviously going un-noticed.

Date order on threads? Now THAT is a bit technical.

[FONT=Arial"][FONT=verdana, geneva"]And another thing. Why have I only got 1 star. This is just like being back at Mac Donalds. When I first started working there I had to wear a green badge which later progressed to a Yellow one as time went on. Sadly never got any stars though, (although did manage to get a drunk customer to drop his pants and trousers and walk the length of the restaurant following a request for one of our lovely Ronald Mc D hats. A stirring sight Maccy Dee bags in either hand shuffling along the central aisle !!).

You get more stars the more merkins you knit. That is why Melvin has 5 stars next to his profile and 'Moderator of Merkin Quality' underneath his name (shortened to simply 'Moderator' for convenience).

'Moderator of Merkin Quality' 'Moderator for Convenience'.

Get it right Dom, it's 'Maker of Moderate Merkins', and I'm not doing ANYTHING at your convenience -people are talking already.....

Five Star Mel
