Well, In fact, I'm thinking of doing the Nurburgring mit Gary in his 944 Turbo and a bunch of TVR guys. In fact, depending on what mule I have at the time, I might even take that...

I'm saving up to go. With the weather as changeable as it has been I am not going to gamble and buy the tickets in advance.
If I bring the wife and kids then there's £100 gone - I read somewhere it is probably going to cost me £25 each [] for admission.

I'll be there but don't think I'll be able to persuade the boys to sit in the back all the way to Brands so it will either be:-

a. On my own
b. With some of the family in another car parked in the none P-car area

Keen to go on a day when there is a big R10 presence and to go in convoy as per last year. Which day is best ?

PS Who said Helen Goff could post in our forum ?

My understanding is that, as a member, the price is £25 each for over 16's for the weekend (under 16's free), or £15 per head on a day pass if booked by 6th August, £25 per day thereafter. How do you get to £100? Do you get a diferent version of PPost to me?

Weather is no more a gamble than Le Mans - I've had my tent flooded-out there in mid June on more than one occasion.

I agree with the various comments about the cost to members but, as with most things in life, you rarely get something for nothing............ It will be interesting to see how this years "experiment" goes.

Has anyone visited the Festival web site to see what is actually planned?

Regards

Mike

Apologies - didn't read beyond £25 as I was immediately gripped with horror.
So £50 for Tracey and me and another £10 for the fair ground rides for the kids [:)]

Or "gamble" £30 to save potential £20...................

Back from holidays and keen to get stuck in again i have booked my tickets fro the Monday as I am also taking part in the 996 register track event.

Anyone else for a convoy down on the Monday ?

PS As you know I recently purchased an X5 from another PCGB member. Thought I would post a piccy (or two) of it here for you guys so it isn't too much of a shock when it turns up a Brands..

PPS You'll see what Mike meant by a 'good family car' !!

Does the X5 include a scooter to run down the length of the interior? I guess you could park the back end in Bromley and walk through to the front doors and get out in Brands Hatch. How long is that limo?
