wifi hotspot

Hello everyone can someone out there give me a step by step idiot fashion to connect to a wifi hotspot on a Iphone X on a 991.2 Turbo S as I have tried and failed on many times. I have the hotspot switched on the phone seems to reconise it but the comes up wifi not working. My phone and pcm connect with connect but cannot get any further. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to use your phone hotspot as your data connection (instead of an embedded sim)?
If so, you need to turn off your PCM phone and then connect the phone hotspot. It is not that simple to do but it does work. I will look up in my manual tomorrow and try and get back to you with relevant pages.
