Will they fit ?

I have a couple of questions regarding wheels....

1) Will a brand new set of Carrera Alloys (18") fit on a 1998 Carrera 2 without spacers / modifications etc etc ?
2) When changing wheels - what is the torque setting to use for wheel nuts on a 1998 Carrera 2 ?

I imagine 96lb/ft - the same as a Boxster.
