Hello all[FONT=verdana,geneva"][FONT=verdana,geneva"]Information below on the Grasmere Classic Car show on the 23rd of June, I have informed the organiser that we will be attending with a large display,This is a fantastic show in a beautiful location the display area is perfect flat and smooth, Perfect for Porsche's I need an idea of numbers so they car reserve our pitch could you please let me know if you are planning attending so we have a rough idea of numbers i know it's a bit early but these things have to be planned. I'm aware that some entry's are already in, Could you please inform me if you have already done so.[FONT=verdana,geneva"][FONT=verdana,geneva"]

Dear Exhibitor.

Following on from our highly successful inaugural show, we are
delighted to invite you to Windermere and Ambleside Lions CLASSIC
VEHICLE SHOW, being held on the Grasmere Sports Ground, Sunday the
23rd June 2013. This year's event is being held to raise money for
Lions Clubs charities, with a special donation going to the Air
Ambulance service that serves this area so well.

This year there will be a small charge of £4.00 for each entry as
sadly this year the cost of the field (which is exceptionally good) is
somewhat higher than last year. The entry fee will include 2 persons
with the vehicle, a programme, and your medallion/trophy for the
winners.

Planning for the 2013 event is well underway and we really do hope to
see you and your "CLASSIC" on the field in June.

Individual Forms paying your £4 and you get entered in the brochure for the event and your plaque returned to you in the post before the event [:)]
 
Hi all We have 10 cars so far, Hopefully we will have the largest Club stand. Remember to let me know if you have entered, Im hoping to get the same pitch as last year smooth and flat[:D]
 
Ok Guys This is the next show so let me know if you have sent your form off, They are giving us the largest area for our display, cracking show beautiful scenery hopefully the weather to go with it.

People, i am bringing the bulk of the catering gear but a few camping tables will come in handy, chairs also required.................Sunshine Booked !
 
Hello All, Start Time is 10:00 open to the public and 4.30pm Finish. We can have access from 7:00am to setup, I have already had a word with a couple of the Guy's to get the gear down there if I'm unable to attend. It will take about 60mins to setup the Coleman shelter and post's and bunting, Also time to arrange the car line up we have about 20ish so far we also have been given the same pitch as last year. I would advise that you are on site no later than 9:30am if possible please.
