Window - electrical gremlin

Hi,

have found a weird electrical gremlin:

Passenger window will lower / raise fine from either passenger door or driver's door when ignition off[].

but: with ignition on - then the pasenger window will not lower[] from either switch,

Last weird symptom - but if you had lowered it before turning on the ignotion, - and then turned the ignition on - it will allow you to raise it??


The drivers window continues to be fine.

Any thoughts on what is causing this?
