Chris

I believe Simon at Porschapart charges about £35 each for black door cards - other colours may cost more or less I don't know.

He's best to try for the other bits too unless you want to keep an eye on eBay for a while. I sold both my regulators with motors there last year.

Cheers Fen.

Porsche wanted £180 each for the window motors and £120 each for the regulators + VAT !! - sourced all the above from Porsch-apart and Porsceapart for about £220 ( New and Reconditioned )

However sourcing Grey door cards is proving near impossible and the water has rotted the inside to beyond repair - even the local car trim centre cannot produce a match as they are vaccum sealed ?, Porsche items are obsolete and nobody has one talk about two - any ideas anybody ?

Cheers
Chris

Just been on e-bay and there are some door cards going in 17 hours, £10.00 at moment. If you wanted to change the colour there is a company that does vinyl paint near Stowmarket (can find address if want). They will be able to match from a sample. My 924 was horrible brown inside and I sprayed the lot black. It doesn't come off. Can recommend. (can get in aerosol).

Cheers Tiptronic - spraying sounds a dam good idea. Will check out Ebay.

All motors/regulators arrived following day - top service from Porsch-apart .

If you want to go for the spraying option, the company I use are;
Bradleys, Old Station Yard, Marlesford, Suffolk. IP13 0AG.
01728 747900.
You'd need to buy "Plastikleen" which removes dirt & grease (soppy water would probably be OK).
"Plasticprep" which makes the vinyl sticky so the paint sticks to it, and the paint itself. One aerosol should do 2 door cards but it's a lot easier to get an even finish using a spray gun.
