Window rattles..only when closed

My Driver side door window has developed an annoying rattle, which sounds like it's coming from hight up somewhere in the runners (i.e not door card related), but only when the window is fully shut. Tried using search function on this site, but was beaten by its technology [:D]..anyone fixed this?

There is a felt liner to the groove that the window slides in - when it gets old and worn the glass rattles against the metal.
I believe there is a Company that can supply them but don't have any details as to who or where, sorry.

Alternatively, there is a bar which the side of the window runs in - 'tis the thing that contains the felt runner. This can come loose at the top (bolted ot riveted in - can't remember which), and then rattles annoyingly.

It's a real pig of a job to get the old rivet/bolt (I think it's a bolt) out because access is just a tiny bit too tight to get a socket set in there, but if you tighten it up (or change it), it makes a world of difference.

Oli.

If you use a date range search usually works, can be a pretty broad range as well such as before today
