Windows closing issue

Morning all

I hope everyone is staying safe during these challenging times !!

I've got a minor ongoing issue with the drivers side window on my 997.2. When I drop the roof and or raise it again the drivers window does not return fully to the closed position, but stops about halfway up.. I then have to manually use the window switch to fully close.

I'm sure there is a simple way of resetting this, so if someone would be so kind to let me know how its done I would be most appreciative.

Cheers..

Normal procedure - after replacing the main battery at least - would be to
Sit in the car, window up, ignition on
Lower the window all the way by holding the switch down, but NOT to the one-touch point
Raise the window all the way by holding the switch up, but NOT to the one-touch point.
Ignition off.

That should be it.

Excuse my ignorance but what is the "One touch point" ?

The switch has two stages.
Pull it gently and let go, and the window will lower a short distance and stop.
Pull it down harder, and you'll feel a 'notch'. If you release after this point, the window will lower itself all the way down.

Ok I see... thank you !
