Windows don't drop when activating the soft top

I have a problem with intermittent operation of main beam . Probably poor connection somewhere as sometimes operation can be restored by shutting passenger door or driving over a bump !! lamps in bumper work fine on full beam mode blue light disappears from dash headlamps return to dip when fault occurs . Can anyone shed any light ? Haha
 
relay needs taking out and pins cleaned, the socket squirted with contact cleaner then relay refitted, probably the same for the power roof
 
I've had similar a couple of times and also electric hood going down ok then not coming back up only the once though. It worked ok after about 20 minutes of waiting. Weird !
