Just a quick shout out to Paul from Glasstec who repaired a stone chip in my 987.1 windscreen a couple of days ago.
Not knowing any better, I'd initially gone to the Autoglass website which insisted I needed a complete new screen, said they couldn't deal directly with my insurers, but didn't offer a quote (despite the process saying that it would). Unconvinced, a quick read here suggested Paul and, following some photos he was confident it could be repaired. Just a few days later it's all done and if you didn't know where it had been, you wouldn't know it had ever happened. Very friendly and knowledgeable chap, highly recommended.
