Windscreen sunshade?

If were on about the ones for side windows, I looked into these just after the 997 launch and the members at the time weren't that interested in a group buy..
Things change though, I had a manufacturer lined up to measure my windows and make a set.
I bought another pair of Oakleys instead []

Made one - took my old 'standard' one, took off the edging, cut it to size, and put edging back on using the misses' sewing machine. Not perfect but a good fit...
I'd like to flag up the totally inadequate sun visors in my Cayman (I assume the same fitment on the 997).
I'm average height and like to sit up in the seat to get a decent sighting over the front wings but I'm continually dazzled when the sun is relatively low in the sky, as at this time of the year.
An extra inch (sorry 2.5cm!) of visor would be most welcome.
