Metal trim Has Come away from the Window while Traveling at High speed..(Too high Obviously!)...The Clips have perished....Nothing to Clip it to....can new clips be bought..surely the windscreen ..gulp...does not need to be removed!?

Wow Thanks, I've sent my address via the email...Obviously I'm willing..and Able to pay for cost of clips and Postage..
Thanks again

Not sure about the front screen, but I've noticed the metal trim around my tailgate glass is working loose. It appears to have the remnants of adhesive patches behind it. Maybe an OPC would stock stuff for this, but I had an interesting time searching websites for double sided trim tape. Ended up on 3M's site (should have thought of that), but I don't really want 50m of the stuff!!!

Anybody had this problem and solved it simply (no suggestions of "GripFill" please).

Paul,
assuming you have a flush fitting screen, then a 1990's Transit Van rubber seal was a possible replacement, - a pal of mine had one fitted on a turbo and it was perfect. If you ask a good fitter in any of the replacement w/screen centres I expect you will get a number of options.
good luck
George
