Windscreen washer problem

Hi All,

Noticed my squirters wern't working, topped up the fluid and still not working!
Looked under the hood and found the 'T' clip was broken (black pipes taking the fluid to the jets). OPC closed weekends so buy one on Monday.
I also noticed the is a clear tube with an 'L' clip at the end not connected to anything, I am guessing this goes to the headlights, but cannot see where it clips too?

Any thoughts?
