Wing Mirror Part

Hi, while stripping down wing mirrors for paint , I noticed on one side the centre piece of white plastic was broken. I have removed it but wonder is this piece available seperatley from porsche or if anyone has a spare. It seems a crime to replace the whole unit for another as everything else works ok

Don't think you can get these. I had same problem and ended up buying a pair of cheap mirrors on ebay.

I've got a spare mirror centre that I bought just for the glass and stem and the plastic part is intact.

I'm not sure how it comes out (without breaking it) but if it does then it's yours [:D]

Well . . . The good news is that I've managed to get the part out intact.

The bad news - as I pryed it off the centre clip it shot into my face and whacked me in the eye which is now all bloodshot and still streaming.

PM me your address and I'll stick it in a padded envelope tomorrow, stuck down with tears. [;)]
