R23 Winter Ball - Celebrating 50 Years of PCGB
Yes, you are reading this correctly, the sun is out and we're talking about winter! We have decided to move away from our usual January slot after speaking to many Region members after our last Winter Ball in January this year. We're hoping to get you into the Christmas spirit nice and early by starting you off in November this year.
We plan to return to the Sofitel Hotel, Gatwick as in past years and we are sure that the evening will be as enjoyable as it has been in the past. Following the success of the change in layout at January's event, the room layout will be the same this year, with a separate, relaxed area to sit and chat after dinner, whilst others dance the night away in the large banqueting room next door to a live band.
In order to guarantee that this event tales place we will need to ensure we have sixty places taken as a minimum by 19th August, this is due to ever changing and stricter contracts that such an event now carries. We will be confirming the price shortly per person, but would hope to keep it similar to our event in January.
