Wiperblade scratch repair

Just thought I'd share a good service I've come across....

My was suffering from terrible wiperblade scratches to the point that it was getting difficult to peer through the windscreen when driving at night as the scratches were hazing any oncoming headlights like crazy. After much searching, I was about to contemplate a windscreen out job when I came across a couple of detailing enthusiasts covering Glasgow and Edinburgh with the right skills to do the job.

There's a write up on the detail with extensive photos here.

In addition to a thorough makeover, my windscreen is back to nearly new condition, no wiperblade scratches at all but there are a few expected stonechips for a 6yr old car.

This chap is highly recommended and the cost of the detail was reasonable considering the time he spent on my car. Contact me if you need further details.

All I can say is WOW!!!!! If only I knew what all the lotions and potions were, I'd give it a go on my 997.
Never mind, AutoGlym will just have to do !!

How do you get the exhaust pipes to look like that?? Can you buy something to make them shine that bright or does it include a lot of elbow grease too!!??

The car look stunning.

Hmmm "¦ good to know that somebody local can work that sort of magic on an old windscreen. I could be tempted when I'm feeling more flush later in the year.
