Can any one help i need a diagram for the pop up lights on a 944, the lights switch on but they wont pop up, try and wind them they wind back down, pulling the relay next to the winder allows you to wind them up and for them to stay up. So i need to find what energises the relay contact 85 causing the relay to switch between 87 and 87a.

Cheers

I'd normally say go to Rick Cannell's site (www.cannell.co.uk) and download the manuals from there, but the site seems to be down at the mo. I think they may be also available on the promax website - yes, they are, try here:

http://www.promaxmotorsport.com/manuals.htm

Be warned, you'll need to print them out, each on at least two sheets of paper, sellotape them together and then spend some considerable amount of time understanding them ...

Oli.

It will be the contact wheel in the motor I suspect. Strip down and clean. Fiddly but do-able.
