Wiring for Bose when replacing original head unit?

Local car audio replacing our head unit with Becker Indianapolis giving us Nav and Bluetooth hopefully. They can't get any sound and suspect the Bose amp. Is there a difference in the wiring that will turn the Bose amp on?

Any pointers would be great so that we can get unit working before our trip to Le Mans next week.

I see that some posters who replaced there head unit with the Grand Prix had a problem but they all seem to mention the porsche amp.

Of to console myself by watching Hamilton drive rings round the Ferrari's[:D]
 
[:)]Fix worked, now up and running.

Of to Le Mans in a few hours. Won't make any predictions since I seem to have the Murray Walker touch.
