i think i have finally found a solid SC base car for me to start fixing up

i was wondering what you all might suggest for mechanical options for a fast road & occasional track car?

i was thinking along the lines of an early look car with maybe the following:
  • bigger brakes - maybe boxster brakes but they have to fit under Fuch wheels
  • uprated suspension - PSS9 maybe?
  • uprated bushes, strut bars, sway bars etc
  • motec engine management
  • high lift S cams
  • new pistons to accommodate the new cams
  • individual throttle bodies
  • strict diet (for the car and me!)
any other suggestions?

Well Mark,

This is the moment where you ought to have a telephone call with the sage of the lakes-- Mike Bainbridge oop in Kendall, Cumbria.

If there is anything worth exploring regarding your engine, he'll provide you with all the options off the top of his head!

Good luck with your project,

Bert
