The key fob can lock and unlock the car..but when I lift either handle to open a door all that happens is the window drops - door refuses to budge.. Any ideas anyone? Thanks!

Quick call to DBM in Ryton - Darren pointed out that if the glass doesn't lower to the expected level then door won't open..half a pint of warm water poured over the glass and top of door and sorted! Car was parked outside and it was COLD overnight. Can't recommend that place enough!

Ha the same thing happened to me yesterday. The door was frozen and the glass wouldnt move, but the door wasnt quite shut soi couldnt lock it. i had to lift the handle and push the door in to shut it(no damage occured).

Like you Denys, I can't recommend DBM in Ryton too much. I've used them for over 25 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Glad you got it sorted!
