WOODVALE RALLY - CHANGE OF DATE

The organisers of Woodvale Rally informed me yesterday that RAF Woodvale, where the event has run for the last 40 years have discovered asbestos on the infield.

They have managed to secure a new venue, Victoria Gardens, Southport (where the Souhport Flower Show is held annuallly) but have had to move the date to 28th/29th July.

This venue is very much smaller than RAF Woodvale and the event organisers have said that space allocated to car clubs will have to be vastly reduced. At the moment I don't know what area we will have available, until they get back to me.

Please therefore let me know ASAP if you plan to attend, and if that will Saturday, Sunday or both days. Please dom this even if you said you were coming to the original event as space will be allocated on a first come basis.

I will keep you informed of teh situation as soon as I hear anything
