Hi Ladies & Gentlemen
Moira volunteered us to organize next years WOTY it was suggested North Yorkshire for good driving roads,
After searching and emailing a great number of hotels I came upon Hackness Grange Country House Hotel the owner has just bought the hotel and he is a bit of a petrol head to boot, he invited Moira and I over to have a look at what he could do for us and look over the hotel Well he is going to give us a cracking deal I think.

The deal is 2 nights with a 4 course Dinner B&B for £59 per person per night, have reserved 15 rooms 4th&5th May this is the bank holiday weekend,

I am organizing a itinerary nearer the time but I think one of the days will have steam trains in it with some good driving roads to boot
If you would like to come please email me and put a line on here please

What a tempting WOTY this is. We would have begged to join you having stayed at Hackness Grange on numerous occasions, and organised three weekends away for Region 18 with Hackness as our base. This time we will be away from the middle of the following week at an RAF reunion, at the other end of the country. (Hangs head in disappointment).

Thats a shame would have been great to have you along. Hope you're both keeping well and will see you soon no doubt

Ash

Last call for this

Will have to let the owner know by the end of the month so please get in touch if you are thinking of joining us
You will have a cracking time[:D][:D][:D][:D]

Hi Graham,

Eldavo has just reminded me, so....

Do you have a route worked out yet? If so can we have a copy please.

Thank you,
FP

John The route I have is vary basic, if you meet us at stokesley and play follow my leader I will not lose you its only a scenic drive with stops I have moira in the car so no going fast![:(]
I will give basic times where we should be stopping each time so if anyone wants to go the quicker route they will be there before us
But if you really need a route map I will try to sort out a RAC route map just for you

Morning Graham,

It was only for back up in case we end up being stopped slightly longer than everyone else...so please dont go out your way to create a RAC map just for me.

What time to do you plan on arriving at Harkness Grange?

See you at Stokesley for 11:15am

Thanks,
FP

Afternoon John
I hope to get to Hackness around 3.30pm
We will be stopping off at 2 locations for a hour at a time so plenty of places for feeds and I will make sure I do not leave anyone behind at any stop

Ok, thanks Graham.

For those looking for a less strenuous effort than some lovely walking we have just noticed the below event going on....worth a look I think.

Choo Choo
