For the first time in several years this year's Regional WOTY (Weekend of the Year) will be in the UK. We have secured some very flexible arrangements so you can book as as many days as you wish, single and double rooms available ranging in price dependant on type. All prices include Breakfast and three course evening meal. Summary details are as follows:-
We will be staying at The Royal Lodge"”Symonds Yat , Herefordshire. , http://www.rhhotels.co.uk/ Dates:- Friday 24th"”Monday 27th May 2013. 2/3 or 4 night stays are available and price include dinner bed and breakfast. Bookings are made directly with the hotel quoting Region 24 WOTYyou're your membership number. The owner has promised to hold the 21 available rooms for us, subject to early booking. At the time of booking a deposit will be required.
Three different room rates are on offer: Single Room (2 Available) £70.00 per room per night. Standard Double / Twin ( 8 available) £130.00 per room per night. Classic / Deluxe Double ( 8 available ) £140.00 per room per night Premium ( 3 Available) £150.00 per room per night. I do know that half our allocation has been booked. My advice is book now to avoid disappointment. We will also be organizing days out and other activities from the Hotel. Further details and flyers are available by email or at Club night.
