As mentioned in June edition of PP, in response to requests by 3.2 Register members, we have decided to hold a meet on the weekend of Saturday 31st August/Sunday 1st September 2013, in the centrally located Rutland Water area. Members can either just meet up for lunch on Sunday or, for those wishing to make a weekend of it, there is a planned itinerary for the Saturday including a scenic run. We have found a great "˜car friendly' hotel with secure parking offering DBB on the Saturday night at the following rates:
Single - £95.50
Double for sole occupancy - £109.50
Standard room for double occupancy - £135.00
Superior room for double occupancy - £145.00
Executive room for double occupancy - £170.00
Four Poster room for double occupancy - £170.00

In order to avoid tax implications for the club, members need to make their own reservations direct with the hotel. If you are interested in joining us for the weekend, please contact us for the hotel details. The hotel has 30 rooms in total, so early booking is advised. Sunday Lunch arrangements will be made nearer the time, but it would be useful to have an indication of the number of members interested in joining us.

Hi Sue and Steve

Kathy and I will be pleased to join you for the Saturday evening and Sunday lunch - sorry, but we will not be in a 3.2 Carrera!

The hotel tells me that availability is becoming limited so if you do want to join the 3.2 Register WOTY, please email us for the hotel contact details asap.

A number of members have expressed an interest in joining us for lunch on Sunday 1st September. If you are definitely coming, please can you email us confirmation at 911carrera32@porscheclubgb.com as we now have to book a table at the restaurant. Please note that if you decide to just turn up on the day without pre-booking, there is no guarantee of a seat at the table as the restaurant is very popular and availability is limited.

Table now booked for Sunday Lunch on 1st September. There are only 4 places remaining, so please contact us as soon as possible if you want to join.

Also, still some availability at the hotel for the Saturday night.

Would have loved to attend but I have a close friends wedding to go too...............................[:(]

Hi I would have liked to come but it is our 10th Wedding Anniversary and we are already booked away that weekend, sorry.

I will also email you some pics of my car for the PP when you have space.

Cheers
