Would anybody be interested in a classic car storage unit?

I have the oppurtunity to rent a unit from a friend after he has moved his business to bigger premises.

I am not quite at the point where i want to drop my full time job just yet and concentrate on porsche spares and restoration which i have been doing for the last three years.

So the big question is

if anybody out there might be interested in helping me pay the rent i have a fully heated brick built unit with space for at least twelve cars that i would like to fill so that i can keep the unit until i need to move in (probably 18 months to 2 years).

If anybody is interested and can store a vehicle within 10 miles of Bourne Lincolnshire then please let me know ASAP and i may take the plunge.

If interest is good i will start buying airchambers and renting out the unit.

All i need is to cover the rent and i am not looking to make a profit (just secure the unit) until i need to move into it.
