hi

would these wheel fit a 944 or would i need spacers, this is the size and offset of the rims but means very little to me other than they are 16" wheels, i am lead to belive they are off a 964 911

2 off 6j x 16" et52
2 off 8j x 16" et52

They will certainly fit any "later-offset" 944, but at 6" the fronts are narrower than ideal (although I believe some folks on here have them).

A 6" rim will take the 205/55/16 fronts you'd want to put on (or may already be on?), but compared to a 7" ET55 front from an S2, the outer rim of the wheel will sit approx 10mm further inboard - so the wheel can look a little "lost in the arch".

hi

its a 1986 on a C plate, think i might phone Porsche Apart for some S2 or Turbo wheels, or is there a better supply of second hand wheels else where?

The changeover is MY87, so no S2 wheels and very few Turbo wheels will fit an '86 car. The only Cups that will fit are non-genuine ones for early cars, unless you go for a spacer.
