xenon light calibration

The xenon headlights on my 2009 997 Turbo seem to be aiming a little high. I had the front PU painted recently so they were removed and refitted at the time.
Any ideas on what could have gone wrong or what I should check?
If the lights were correctly adjusted prior to removal, it is unlikely they would have altered on replacement as adjustment takes place within the lamp itself by alteration of the reflectors.
Before adjusting anything, I would check the units have been replaced correctly. Are there any gaps around the rims? They should fit flush with the bodywork. It may be worth removing and replacing them, ensuring the feet are correctly located in the guide rails and the retaining rods snap into place. If you're unsure, take a look here http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=684483 for removal hints.
Regards,
Clive.
